How long are we giving local and state officials to comply?

"They" gave us an October 15, 2021 deadline to comply or face consequences. We are letting them know, we will not comply. We want to work, we want to do our job, we want to go to school. But we will not be a slave to the system. Starting Oct. 15, we will not be complying with any unconstitutional or inequitable rule, mandate or law.

Do we have legal representation?

We are currently in contact and reaching out for legal representation. Since we have such a large group and growing, we are searching for the best representation we can find for us all. We are expecting class action suits coming and awaiting for results for previously filed suits against businesses and our local and state government.

What about Vaccine Exemptions?

We believe the People have a right to get a vaccine or not. Exemptions should not be needed or required. We invoke our rights, we don't request them. How can I help?

The more people standing against these mandates, the more state and local officials will listen to us and stand up for Freedom. Share the word, we are based in the High Desert but nothing stops all of California, or all states or countries to stand up for our Civil Rights as human beings. 

Be organized, and follow the rule of law. DON'T QUIT. Organize at your local business, school, site, etc. to join the movement. We are drawing the line in the sand, which side are you standing on?

How can we recall local Government Officials?

We have researched and continue to research all local rules and regulations regarding replacing government officials who are not working for the People. We will be updating this site soon with a page regarding all the information regarding petitions and recalls.

Can my employer force me to wear a mask at this time?

Currently, masks are authorized for use by the general public as “investigational products” under an Emergency Use Authorization (“EUA”). They are not an approved product, and are referred to in the law as “unapproved products” because they have not been fully tested and approved for use by the FDA. Under the federal law that allows the FDA to issue EUAs (21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3), you cannot be forced to wear a mask. The law provides that recipients of a product authorized for use under and EUA can refuse to take the product. In this instance, the mask is the product.

Can my employer subject me to special treatment, such as forcing me to work from home, or work in separate areas should I refuse to wear a mask.

This question has not been addressed by any court to date. An employer taking actions of nature noted above would seem to be punishing an employee for asserting the federally protected right of refusing to wear an emergency device that has yet to be approved by the FDA. The employer subjecting a healthy person, exhibiting no signs of illness or contagion, differently than other employees simply because that person asserted the federally protected right to refuse to wear a mask could be seen as attempting to coerce that employee into wearing a mask against their will, a violation of the federal law quoted above.

What should I do if my employer tries to force me to wear
a mask?

You should provide your employer with the "Health Freedom Defense Fund" Employer Mask Notice, that can be downloaded HERE from https://healthfreedomdefense.org/resources/. If your employer continues to insist that you wear a mask, please contact https://healthfreedomdefense.org/us by email, and they will attempt to refer you to a lawyer in your area who has been educated on this issue who may be able to assist you. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to assist every person who contacts us, but we will do our best to try to help you.
